Tips for getting more reviews

Send within 1–2 weeks of project completion while the experience is fresh
Add the client's first name — personalized emails get 3× more responses
Select the project type so the email feels specific, not generic
Follow up once by phone if no response after 5 days — a quick "did you get my email?" works well
Aim for 5 reviews first — that's when Google starts showing your star rating in search results
